At Honeypot Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new home additions; if you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unassembled condition. Please note that bespoke orders and items that have been used or assembled may not be eligible for a full refund.

Ensure the furniture is disassembled and securely repackaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, we will work with you to arrange a convenient collection date using our specialized furniture couriers.
Quality Check & Refund
After the item arrives back at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
